My September TBR

Every month I make a TBR thinking, okay, this month I’ll be sensible. And then I look at the books I’ve picked and realise that clearly, being sensible was never really part of the plan. (At least I’m consistent.)

For September, I have a pretty interesting mix lined up. There’s romance, suspense, mystery, contemporary fiction, and a couple of books from authors I already know I enjoy. I also have an ARC waiting for me, which means I really should behave and actually stick to the TBR this time.

I’m particularly looking forward to Not in Love by Ali Hazelwood, especially after finally reading The Love Hypothesis recently. I also have a few older romances on the list, because sometimes you just cannot beat those books.

So, here’s what I’m hoping to read this September:

• Hard Line by Pamela Clare

Of course, we all know how TBRs work. These are the books I plan to read. Whether these are actually the books I end up reading is another story. I might stick to the list, I might add five more books, or I might suddenly decide that an entirely different book is calling my name.

But for now, this is the plan. Let’s see how September goes!
